- contextualisation - we focus on simple but comprehensive context to help students easily use and remember all new language items (vocabulary, grammar, etc.)
- personalisation - we fundamentally believe that vocabulary should always be personalised and reflect the students' needs. This way new vocabulary or grammar is easily understandable, relevant and can be immediately used by students in everyday professional communication
- focus on vocabulary - clear, colour-coded presentation of all language items comprehensively displayed on whiteboards/flipcharts

Group Training - professional approach to group processes
Each goodteachers.eu trainer has been thoroughly trained on the theory and practice of dealing with psychological group processes that take place within the dynamics of every single group set up. Knowing how to work with the specific stages of the process allows the trainer to maximise and facilitate the learning process and free the potential of both the group and each individual member of it. All the different kinds of interaction that happen in a group is thus used to increase the learning curve.
With the help of experienced coaches, mentors and methodologists our teachers and trainers keep working to develop their group management skills in order to better understand and use the immense human potential.
Mentoring - caring about each individual in the group
Knowledge and awareness of group processes is important in working with groups of people.
